Hello!

I dont want to answer this question. this quite simple but you always rate me as'thanks for trying" that's bad.

If you have have a CD utilities will resolve your problem. insert the cd to the rom and install all the drivers in it. start from the chipset,vga,audio and soon. must be installed in series to avoid errors on the system.

if you have no cd then you can download the driver here;

may this help, melnavz.

I don't have any audio output device installed

You need the sound driver I assume for this laptop. If it doesnt match hardware perfectly then nothing will work.

Go to vendors site with your S/N and Model number to locate the exact sound driver.

Have you checked in control panel / sound speech / sounds & audio devices / click on "sounds" blind and see if any of the sounds can be activated by clicking the big black arrow. If greyed out then the driver is not installed.

No audio output device is installed

Go into the device manager and uninstall the sound drivers, then reboot the machine. Upon start up it will find new hardware and reinstall the drivers. If this doesn't do it, then you may have blown the sound card or speakers.

No audio output device is installed.

If you believe that your unit has a sound card, then you simply install the drivers for the sound card. Otherwise you need to install a sound card.

Go to device manager and look for sound card

Some users have been experiencing problems with a "No Audio Output Device Installed" error when trying to play music, or when hovering the mouse over the speaker icon in the system tray. You may get a white X in a red circle to indicate this error.

Go to the device manager by pressing WINDOWS KEY + R to go to the run menu, and then run "devmgmt.msc".
