Most of the time once every season so once a year same time you clean the filters. But being thats its the cheaper chinese made heavy industries and not the better quality japanese made mitsubishi electric i would say once every 3-6 months

Seeking user manual as air conditional switched off after 10 minutes running. Air conditioner is a Mitsubishi Mr Slim controller PAR-JH050KA

Please check temp setting -4 degree than your room temp and mode in " cool" .Due to overheat in compressor also air conditioner switched off after 10 minutes. If condenser dust block clean it. If less rpm in out door fan, replace fan capacitor.

No Mitsubishi Air Con Manual

ok heres the problem. The a/c filter is clogged or the evaporator coil is clogged. These systems have a metering device that measures the amount of air flow over the coil. If this air flow is obstructed the filter light will flash. If the filter in the unit is clean then the coil has some type of obstruction. This will mean having to clean the coil before the light will go off. An a/c tech should be able to clean this for you and it not be a huge cost. They have the chemicals to get the job done fast and clean.

Change your filter first.

Good Luck hope this helped you some

Error code E39 for Mitsubishi Heavy Industry Ceiling cassett type

E39 Fault is thermister, Mitsubishi way of saying im not going to start because there is something wrong. Generlly it is compressor fault or short of gas. Im guessing if you turned the power out. Waited twenty seconds, turn it back on. Now if you go to the outdoor part. Wait exactly 3 mins. If you hear the compressor try to start and fail then it would more then likely be your compressor if you dont hear anything and the unit faults out it will either be a board or short of gas.

Either way If the unit is under five years old get a warrenty agent out to look at it.

Sorry I couldnt tell you for sure but MHI are very vague when it comes to fault codes
