Recyle Bin contents are not going to it, when I click on the icon on my HP Laptop, it just takes me to my folders and there's nothing in the recycle bin after I delete something.

Scan your computer for a virus.

It sounds like your shortcut is misplaced or a setting was set on the recycle bin.

Right click on your recycle bin and see if the box is checked, if so, please uncheck it.

Do not move files to the Recycle Bin.

Follow these instructions to restore your recycle bin:

I remove the bckd.sys accidentaly from the recycle bin... Who can i recover it? If I get the file from another PC with different license could it work?

Hi,

No, the bckd.sys file is specific to your version of the software. You would have to reinstall the software again.

There is nothing within Windows that will recover a deleted file after the recycle bin is emptied. So the use of a third party software must be used. The recycle bin is essentially a holding area. People often delete files accidentally which was one of the reasons why the recycle bin was created. It gives a file and a user a second chance.

When the recycle bin is emptied, the area occupied by the file or files is then marked available by the operating system. The file IS still there but there is no way to get to it.
There is no way to recover the file without third party software to help you.

Click on the link below and check out File Recovery 4, it's a free download and free to use. It just may recover your deleted file.
If it doesn't recover the file there are plenty of other free file recovery software out there, just Google free file recovery. >>>Link below.

Please let me know if the software recovers the file or if you need anymore help.

Good luck.

Accidentally uninstalled Games directory, can I get a replacement?

if you accidently delete the games folder, you can restore it from the recycle bin. To do this double click on recycle bin then right-click on games folder and choose restore, it will restore it at its original place.

If it is not in recycle bin : you need other software to restore it. I can suggest "Active Partition Recovery" that also contains a file recovery application and is about 20.00$ you can download it on the web if you seach for in google.
