Question about Dell A940 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I inserted new ink cartridges and evidently the black one was not inserted correctly. The 502 error message came one. The cartridges will not return to the center position so that I can remove the cartridge and correctly install it. What do I do??????????????????? D. Adams

Turn off power and clean the printer carrier bar (steel rod) with isopropyl alcohol and cloth.A build up of ink spray and paper dust is causing the carrier to jam on the bar.The computer senses that the carrier is unable to run and sends out the warning message.

I am using Dell AIO Printer A940 for one year.Its show best
performance.but two days above printer show on screen (HARDWARE ERROR:0502).and computer no detect printer.
when I press power batton printer on and show error:0502.when i open the cover cortridges not moves.but when i shut the cover cartridge is not move.
please Resolve this problem.
