You will need to reinstall the audio driver for your computer. If you let me know the model of your computer or sound card, I can point you in the right direction.

My built in sound card's sound is too low.... and i need to max the subwoofer to hear the sound... the max volume sound of subwoofer is just like listening to radio with earphone.... ^_^ sorry for my bad...

First try to reinstall the sound software. If that doesn't not work and you have the volume at the maxium within the software on you computer. Conside buying a external soundcard like SoundBlaster, turn the "onboard" sound off and use the new sound.
