Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
when i turn on my mp3 player, it goes on but then it stops at Go Gear, what can i do to sovle this problem?
Press power and volume at same time and it will rest the philips gogear

Well mine is already mesees up. I mean the gogear reads in my computer, but there isnt any files or folders in the mp3 player. So when I go to my phillips device manager it, well, dosent read it or say its conected.....

This is usually caused by corrupt firmware.
nstall and run the Philips Device Manager from the product CD.
Select the repair / restore option, and follow the on-screen prompts.
This will format the player and re-flash the firmware.
Note: All tracks on the player will be deleted.
