Hi,the screen of the phone is bad is not together with the touch screen.The screen is located at the back of the touch screen.The touch screen is working fine as you said.

Ones you replace screen, phone will work as normal again.

try resetting ur mobile to company setting. dont install 3rd party softwares

create the welcome.not file in the storage card and hard reset the phone.. it worked for me..u may try the same.

the touch scren not workin i can't see or do nothing on it wat should i do

Tab start then communication manager and tab bluetooth.Then tab x.go again start-settings.tab connections-bleutooth and and make sure tha the bleutooth is turned on tick the device visible to other devices.tab x.Then start and tab internet explorer . Your mobile start searching for a device.thats it.

HTC Canada walked me through a hard reboot - green+red key + reset key. This is erase everything on the phone, but it will then work. Then got to htc canada website and download the windows update which solves the freezing screen problem.
