Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
We just bought an E250R. When plugged into the computer, it charges and says its connected and we have had no problems downloading mp3's to it. However, I cannot get the Sansa Media Converter program to detect the player so I can put photo's on it. Any ideas?
when i plug it in my computer recognizes that i have pluged it in but when i go to sync it will not allow me it tells me to plug in device
