I have a Hitachi 2002 hdtv projection? model #51swx20b that seems like it cannot adjust the colors all together and we have odd colored shadowing. Magic Fix sometimes works but not often. What could be the problem since I just purchased this used and I may want to reconsider this...It worked fine at the persons house? What happened?

- We don't have any red color in the picture. All the other colors are in the picture except the red tinted ones. The red bulb is still burning in the back of the tv. Do you know what could be wrong?- husbandskayl
