Question about Microtek ScanMaker s400
Microtek s400 flatbed scanner
Windows 2000 OS
Installed from install CD and the computer does not recognize the scanner. Removed scanner software and then installed latest drivers from Microtek site (turned off virus program and all of other programs to do this), but still computer does not recognize scanner. When I use control panel/scanner to install and point to the driver location it says that there is not enough information for the device in that location.
