this sounds like a bad fuel tank fuse or that the over heating saftey switch is bad it is best to find a plce that will look it over and then tell you what it is and then if you canfix it on your own or buy the parts and then they fix it keep safe
Check the fuel pressure regulator. generally "failure" position is full open which will richen up the fuel mixture. also check vacuum line to the regulator for cracks and good connection.
when i start my 91 s10 blazer it try to stall so i have to give it gas to keep it running then when i leave out of the drive way and go down the road it has problem get the right amountof gas to go but once it hit 60 -70 mile an hour its fine
check airflo sensor or potentometer,throttle pos sensor; if revs are to low when turning the wheel the power steering pump will draw power from engine, causing your other problems
sounds like fuel delivery, sometimes check valve in fuel pump will quit working and fuel will drain back into tank, or pin hole in one of fuel lines, check fuel pressure
