Code tut is memory slot is broken, but i try to install good memory stick . and boot .. it not work too , how to repaired?

2 short beeps is usualy a beep code for Parity circuit failure.
Since reseating the memory did not resolve the issue try swapping the location of the memory. If you have only one stick of memory in the computer try moving it to another slot and then boot the computer. If you have more than one stick of memory try removing all but one stick of memory and boot the computer. If this does not resolve the issue try removing that stick of memory and try one of the other stick

If you have access to another computer that uses the same memory, try using its known good memory in your computer. If another computers memory works you know that you have bad memory. If another computers memory does not work and it is compatible with your computer unfortunately your motherboard or the slots on the motherboard are defective causing it to be unable to properly read the memory, which means the motherboard will have to be replaced.
If it is determined the memory in the computer is bad I suggest that you replace it.

Memory failure. Check the memory stick in another laptop: if it's good then the motherboard has failed and it will have to be replaced - a job for a repair shop. Ask the price, it might be cheaper just to buy another laptop.

PC3200 is backwards compatible with PC2700. Meaning you can install PC3200 into your motherboard but it won't run any faster than would PC2700, however it will not cause any harm and should work fine.

Emachine's would say you need PC2700 most likely because they're trying to sell you some.

One of your new memory modules or the memory slots on your computer may be defective. I recommend installing a single stick of memory and booting your system. If it is successful then shut it down, disconnect the power and install another stick. Boot again and keep doing so and by process of elimination identify the bad memory stick or the bad memory slot.

This is the "likely" cause and isn't too uncommon.

This means that your memory is bad or not installed correctly. Open your pc up and remove all memory from the mother board, then dust it, place the memory back in and it should work. If you still have this problem, leave only 1 memory stick in and try starting up your pc, if your pc starts up then the other memory stick is bad and you will need to replace it, if your pc still does not start, remove the 1st memory stick and put the 2nd memory stick in its place and try booting once again. If this still does not fix it, then the memory slots might be bad, try putting the memory sticks in different memory slots and each time try booting your pc. If this does not work, try buying new ram, worst case scenario you will have to replace the motherboard. Or just replace the computer if both memory slots are bad on the motherboard, and i mean IF. Below are the specs to the type of memory that can be installed in the A75...it is very specific and cannot be anything else then what is listed. You have 512 mb built onto the motherboard, with one expansion slot. That slot can only hold up to 1 gb stick if the BIOS has been upgraded. Go to Toshiba support and make sure the BIOS on the machine is up to date so it will accept the larger stick of ram memory and make sure all the specs are right on the stick that you have.

Each memory slot can hold DDR PC2700 with a maximum of 1GB per slot.*

did you try to install one stick then see if it boots if it does move that one stick to all the different slots to see if you have a faulty slot and then see if you have a faulty stick by rotating them

RAM can be finicky so first test all memory slots with a known good stick (your 512MB). Make sure you're starting from a complete power down and you get a POST beep (hopefully your system is set up to beep when it powers on) and everything loads up all the way through to your OS.

Once you do that with all your memory slots test with the new stick by itself in all memory slots. If neither of the memory slots work with the new stick but you verify that it works in another system you should then check your BIOS settings and RAM timings to ensure compatibility with your stick. If you can't find the timing on the RAM stick itself, look up the manufacturer's part number for the information.

you got the DDR 2 RAM right? and wont boot you say means you don have even the power on in the CPU or no display?

Intermittent problems just about always indicate a hardware problem. Assuming that you've put both memory cards in channel B and they worked fine, I would think the memory cards are OK. The only thing left at that point is the motherboard.
