The lens is frozen. The power button won't turn on with full batteries
My Samsung L830 camera is less than a month old, and the lens is stuck out and the screen blank. Iv tried taking the battery and card out but you cant power on or off - any suggestions? Camera was purchased in New York however we do not live there and cant return it to the store!

- I have the exact same problem. The lens is sticking out and everytime I press the on button, it beeps and turns green like it's going to come on but it doesn't. And the screen is black. Can someone please help me- jlthom09Mar 20, 2008
- coolpix 3100 won't turn on or off. Lens is frozen out and the camera ticks with new batteries in it. The light flashes green for just a split second when new batteries are put in, but still not working at all. Please help.~Amanda- Amanda2
