Do I need a plan

I recently asked a question about a canon mp160 printer and was sent an email offering me to purchase a plan. Do you offer free online advice or do I have to buy a plan?

    there were no updated drivers for my printer so i still have problem

Did you apply for that job? I don't think so. It's unbelievable to get a job offer without your application since job aspirants are 50% more than the available jobs these days. Please don't consider this kind of email as Genuine. There are many Scam emails offering jobs, winning lottery, proposing business partnership etc...etc.. Once you reply them, they will send you a link to download offer letter or email with fake information, and you'll be asked to contact this and that people, they will finally tempt you to pay fee for registration or something else. There's been many people fallen in their trap. So, please never try to proceed forward with them, simply ignore and they'll stop bothering you.
