Unfortunately I just checked the faq's on the blaupunkt website and it's an error in the manual. apparantly it is not actually possible to upload your own animations onto the player. sorry to dissapoint you.

How to make a Playlist ---Listen to the song you want to add to a Playlist. While the song is playing, press & HOLD the [MENU] button for a couple of seconds. Another screen will appear with the following options.1. Music Playback -- Normal / Random2. Select EQ3. Lyric Display -- Enable / Off4. Add to MyList5. Delete the FileMove to #4 and press the [SELECT] button. Playlists will appear. Choose which one you want to add songs to and press the [SELECT] button. A check-mark will appear, meaning song has been added to PlayList. Press [MENU] button to get out.To DELETE songs from PlayList ---Go to options list when you first enter Music file and scroll down to 'My Music List'. Press [SELECT] button, Highlight the PlayList you want to delete songs from and press [SELECT] button. Highlight the song you want to delete, press and HOLD the [MENU] button for the delete screen to appear. 2 options on that screen - OK & CancelHope this helpsAndrew
You will have to reset your display settings to your desired need either to the list or to the media player format or the song cover. select the menu, screen settings for screen saver must be delected and saved. This should solve your issue. Hope this helps you out. do it with patience. good day
you have to go to the music icon on the main screen. click it and then scroll down to "add to audio list" press "upward directory" the "music" pick the song you want click it, it will bring you to the name of the album. click that and it will show the song, click that. a little screen should pop up and say "sucess" it will then show up in your song list under the music section. you have to do this for every song.
Press and hold the Reset button for 30 seconds then try playing the songs. If the issue persists then format the walkman then reload all the musics and try playing back.
If the issue persists even after performing all the above mentioned steps then service is required.
Follow the under mentioned steps to format the Walkman:
Press and hold the Back/Home button in the Pause mode until the Home menu appears. Press the up/down/left/right button to select Settings, and then press the >|| button to confirm. Press the up/down/left/right button to select "Common Settings," and then press the >|| button to confirm. The list of "Common Settings" options appears. Press the up/down/left/right button to select "Format" and then press the >|| button to confirm. "All data including songs will be deleted. Proceed?" message will appear. Press the up/down button to select "Yes," and then press the >|| button to confirm. "All data will be deleted. Proceed?" message will appear. Press the up/down button to select "Yes," and then press the >|| button to confirm. While the memory is being formatted, an animated display appears. When initialization finishes, "Memory formatted." message appears.
Unfortunately, your files must have gotten corrupt. This issue is most prevalent if you disconnect the mp3 before it has completed the transfer of songs.
To fix it, format the mp3 by plugging it into the USB port, right clicking the drive that is displayed and choosing "Format". This will remove all songs from the mp3 player. Afterward, you can re-add any songs that were lost. But make sure when disconnecting, you see no loading animation on the screen. Then right click the "Remove Hardware" icon on the bottom right of you screen, choose "Stop". Check again for a loading animation on the screen (if there is one, wait until it stops), and you can remove the mp3 from your USB port.
