I cant use yahoo messenger or windows live on my blackberry 9700..it gives me an error saying Service not enabled for the handheld...please help...

My boss wants me to give him short concise instructions about how to open Yahoo Messenger on his Blackberry Bold and how to send and receive messages using yahoo messenger on his blackberry bold.
For that download yahoo mesanger from blackberry browser and install in blackberry then you can sing in yahoo messenger with black berry When you install yahoo in bb all settings are automatically done.
