Maybe, you accidentally zoomed in the screen of your iPhone, to zoom out, use three of your fingers to double-tap the screen simultaneously. Do the same thing to zoom back in.

My Ipod touch screen suddenly began to display everything huge. What happened?

Hi mariaelenaga,

To set a minimum font size for messages:

Choose "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" > Minimum Font Size, then choose Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, or Giant.

Also, you may need to try the following:

Restarting and Resetting iPod touch

If something isn't working right, restarting, force quitting an application, or resetting iPod touch will likely solve the problem.

Restart iPod touch: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.

Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPod touch. To turn iPod touch back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears.

If you can't turn off iPod touch or if the problem continues, you may need to reset. A

reset should be done only if turning iPod touch off and on doesn't resolve the problem.

Force quit an application: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPod touch

for a few seconds until a red slider appears, and then press and hold the Home button

until the application quits.

Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the
same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Hope this helps.

Ipod Touch vs. V -Touch

I would go for the ipod touch. Although it cost about $150 more than the V-Touch it last longer. For example first two days of owning my V-Touch the screen stopped working and it wouldn't turn on.My son brought his to school and when he got home there was a huge dent in the back plastic. Also they are very iffy a lot of videos won't work on V-touches and music and images. Although for the ipod touch you will be using itunes a lot adding more expenses they are more durable and rugged and have way better screen quality and sound quality. But if you are going for a gift for a younger kid ages 7-9 the V-Touch is exactly what you're looking for, a fun media player that won't last for ever but will last until you buy a more advanced (higher priced) media player. So if you are looking for something that will last for a a year and a half go for the V-Touch if you are looking for a long time commitment go for the ipod Touch.

I zoomed my screen, and i want it back to normal size. I lost my book for it.

Do this to zoom-out: double-tap anywhere on the screen using 3 of your fingers (simultaneously) and everything will go back to normal.

If you want to zoom-in, just do the same thing.

I am unable to see the normal size screen image, it is magnified and will not reset to normal size

This is not a problem...

You just accidentally zoomed in, to zoom back out, here's what you gotta do: double-tap anywhere on your iPhone screen using 3 of your fingers (simultaneously). That will fix it.

And in case you want to zoom in again, just do the same thing.

IPod Touch font way too big and it wont get to normal size

Looks like you accidentally zoomed in the screen of your iPod touch, to zoom out, use three of your fingers to double-tap the screen simultaneously. That's the only way. Do the same thing to zoom back in.

Icons and images just get huge without warning. Can't get them back to "normal" size. Rebooting to change anything. Then, it will "jump" to different apps, also without warning, almost like someone else...

Double tap the screen with 3 fingers and it will unzoom. Then to switch the feature off,
go to settings, accessability and turn off zoom feature.

Hope this helps and if so please vote.

Thanks

Jim
