did you try uninstalling the software through Add/Remove programs in Control Panel? You can also run system restore back to a time before you installed program.

download "protector pro" this software erase all internet history etc etc. i already tried

Norton anti Virus will detect and remove that virus.

you could try Prevx 2.0 its a trial version. if fails your going to need virus protection to remove....which you should NEVER connect to the internet without it.

-first download taskiller in http://www.rsdsoft.com/task_killer/index.php4 and install it to
your computer because you cant use taskmanager to terminate the virus(the virus automatically close taskmanager).

1 - format c drive & install windows
2- AVOID OPENING ANY FOLDER BY DOUBLE CLICK - USE THE EXPLORE BUTTON.
3-Go to folder options, show hidden files, show system files.
4-Make a search for (*.exe), inslude hidden files in ur search
5- delete found files (xmass.exe , funnyscande.exe , autorun.info)
6- delete any files in the system restore that has the same icon.
7-Probably the problem will be done now .. but you can use kasper online scan.
