C20x lamp error

even after I replace the lamps and reset the lamp hours, I still have problem with the lamp light turn red. It would turn on for couple of minutes and display pictures and stuff like it is working fine for couple minutes, but then the lamp light turn red. I've tried couple different bulbs to make sure that it's not the bulb problem

Hi,

This is due to thermistor problem. Near to the lamp one thermistor will be there please check connectivity. if it is failed please change the same.
