I don`t know how to change the cartridge, and i can`t find my manual.

je fais un test en ligne de mon cx 3900, ce test a peu detectert que j'utilise un encre compatible, apres le test ils m'ont demander d'eteindre l'imprimante puis le mettre en marche, lorsque j'essaye de le mettre en marche l'imprimante refuse et il n'ya aucun voyant que s'allume aider moi SVP
