which toolbar are you talking about? If you somehow lost the 'file, edit, view' menu toolbar, I'd suggest hitting the key combination - Alt + F - and see if that causes it to shoot out. If you're talking about the type-in address bar and all the forward, back, etc. buttons... right click on the blank space to the right of the 'file, edit, menu' selections and choose amongst those options... Get back to me if I'm somehow way off base here...which toolbar are you talking about? I did have total recipe as my tool bar and now, I don't have it, but when I go to install it , it says that I already have total recipe tool bar. I want to get it back up top and I don't see where to reset it.
hmm depending of the operation system you have .. it should let you down size it .. but if it does not .. it may be a problem with some tool bars being made and you have to remove them by right click on them and uncheck teh tool bar line .. or .. remove by the quick launch ..and will let you downsize it after that .. the lock bar have to be removed also ..and to do that is the same procedure.. click right on the bar..and remove the lock task-bar ..After that try to see if it let you downsize it
go to the upper left of the toolbar click the view bar then check the google toolbar then uncheck it or you can see the result of the changes..just check it.
In the upper left corner, there is the multi-colored "Office Orb." Beside it is the "Save" icon and then the "undo" arrow. To the right of those icons is a down arrow with a bar over top of it. If you hover, it should say "Customize Quick Access Toolbar". Click it and the bottom menu item should be "Minimize the Ribbon". Uncheck that to get your menus back to normal.

Click into control panel and right click on "taskbar and start menu. This will bring up a window where you can auto hide , move etc. In the options in window check,"locktool bar", "keep toolbar at top of other winows", and "show quick launch". Uncheck anything else. Go to bottom and click "apply" then click ok.
Good Day On the menu bar, click on the View option, then select Toolbars option. Next, it will show all the toolbars installed, all those with check before it will be displayed. Click on the item to Check or Uncheck. Good luck
Click it. Hold the click and drag it to the bottom. Make sure its not locked before you try that. to check the same make a right click and make sure lock the task bar is unchecked.
