How to disconnect the charger port in my phone step by step

Take phone apart, desolder the four connections with a micro-soldering iron, use a solder sucker to safely remove the molten solder. However I'd recommend not doing this and taking your phone to a professional to have any such work done.

Cant activate my samsung galaxy s4 mini with us cellular

US Cellular is a CDMA network. Maybe your Galaxy S4 is for a GSM network? GSM phones have a SIM cards and these need to be changed to activate them on another GSM network as well as the GSM phone being unlocked to do this. In USA only T- Mobile & AT & T run GSM networks. Outside of USA most networks are GSM. There are four GSM frequency bands which vary in use by country. The S4 if it is a GSM phone, being an high level phone would be a quad band phone, so it will work anywhere. Cheaper phones may only have Dual Band and therefore only work in the countries with the matching frequency bands.

My cell phone is on another frequency (got it in Australia) can that be changed to work properly here in the U.S. with carriers?

You have not mentioned the model number. However, there are phones with different capabilities as far as the frequency (bands) is concerned. Some are quad bands, meaning there are four frequeny ranges. These can be used the world over if unlocked. Some phones have lesser bands. They can be used if subjected to similar bands. If your phone is anything but quad band then it can not be used everywhere.

I have an early Razr (5 years old). Is it quad

I think all Razr handsets are GSM and it only needs to be tri band to work across Europe.

Hope this helps? :)

I can ring/SMS out on mobile GSM/3G from Australia, but my girlfriend cannot send to the same number from Thailand using her mobile. Has only started in the last four days.

Thailand has a different region for cellphone. some cellphone that works in Australia will not work in Asia. Eventhough the phones on South Korea will not work outside South Korea. Actually it depends on the cellphone's capability if it has a dual band, tri-band and quad band network frequency. If your girlfriends cellphone has a capability to have some of the frequency that will work then there is no problem with that. But one other scenario will happen, if her cellphone uses GSM then it should work having dual band and tri-band in South East Asia. Other thing if her cellphone uses CDMA it is exclusively on your country only. That's the difference of the two. Hope these things help to figure out the problem. Thank you.

Reception on Motorola L6

yes, your L6 phone is only triband, its work only on frequencies,900/1800/ if your network provider is using 850/1900 mhz so the 1900mhz will work, and remember the highest frequency that we have the shorter the distance we get...hope it will help your problem....
