Washing Machine Hoover H100M fills too much water in the drum.

-   hello,,
please help me, yesterday i moved to a new house,,and i installed my washing machine correctly as it was,and now when i wanted to start a wash,,i faced a problem that the machine takes the water in its drawer then throw it outside in the drain directly without washine,,then takes water another time,,,so it keeps on taking water and throwing...pls advice,,,,i dont know anybody in the area
