If you remove the center part of the grill you will then find four 1/4" screws on the black back section remove them then loosen the bolts one on the right and left and the switch is going to be on the right side. The reason I am telling you to take off the whole grill vs just the center is that you are going to need to clean the condensor that is going to be on the left side at the top. IMPORTANT ONLY CLEAN THE CONDENSOR IN AN UP DOWN MOTION DO NOT GO ACROSS AS THIS WILL DAMAGE THE FINS.

Thank you and have a great day,
Sabastian

Freezer is too cold (-14 degrees) and fridge is too warm (51 degrees). The freezer keeps gettting colder but the fridge part keeps getting warmer.

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper) between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. Make sure this fan is running. You may have to hold the door switch in for it to run. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp.
The problem could be the electronic control if you have one or the mechanical linkages.

The temp sensor for the freezer may be reading the warm air in the fridge so is not cutting the compressor off.

If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.
