The most likely problem is that the heat sensor has toner built up on it and it's dirty, so it detects the wrong temperature. There are other possible reasons why this error is displayed so it's best to have a service technician take a look at the machine to determine the exact cause.
Fuser Error. Check fuser thermistor. reset fuser error. Go to Service Mode press 1 0 7 , clear/stop , 1 copy, 5 mode, ok, 810, ok, change to 1, press half tone and ok simultaneously. fax will rebook automatically and fuser error is reset.
