Internet connection my phone will not let me access the internet and i have a internet plan for my phone

If your present phone plan does not have what you want go to the link below and trade up. Your phone must also be capable of doing, what you want. ask them.

There are two ways you can connect to the internet over your phone. You can purchase a data plan from a company like AT&T which you can use anywhere. The other option would be to use your phone to connect to a wireless access point(WI-FI).

What are the differences? Wi-fi is usually free unless at a cofee shop etc but has a smaller area in which you can access(you have to be within a certain distance of the wireless router). A data plan cost money and is typically slower, however, you can use it at anytime as long as you have a signal on your phone.

If you have a data plan purchased and are using the SIM card they gave you then whenever you use a application on your phone that requires internet access it will connect.

If you go to page 83 of the manual it will go over the steps you need to take to enable Wi-Fi. In short, first active Wi-Fi
1) In Idle mode, open the application list and select Settings
? Wireless and network ? Wi-Fi settings ? Wi-Fi.
1) Then under Wi-Fi settings click Wi-Fi networks, select the Network you wish to connect to then click Connect.

First you need the internet/gprs settings on your cellphone and den go to retailer and tell him your service provider and ask him for internet card recharge.you will be able to access the internet.

Make sure that your phone has an enterprise data plan or unlimited data plan. These plans have internet access included. If you have this kind of plan, all you have to do is to locate and open your phone's internet browser, and you should be able to access the web.

But if you're planning to connect the phone to a hot spot, it's not possible, because this phone does not have a WiFi adapter installed.

Sounds like either your phone plan does not include internet access or the settings on the phone for your internet access aren't correct. Contact your provider.

Accessing the email via your wireless hand held could be done in different ways. One could need an enterprise data package but the other one does not

1. Access of email via the internet browser of your phone.
2. Access your email via the mail client saved in your phone.

If you're connecting your phone via the access point of hot spot using the WiFi of the phone to gain internet access, then there's no need for you to have an enterprise data plan.

However, if you would like to connect to the internet via your wireless provider, then, you will need the enterprise data plan, so that you could have a reliable internet connection. And you could access your email account.

Email account can be accessible via Web mail or mail client of your phone. If you would like to set the mail client of your phone, you will need to decide whether to create a POP or an IMAP account.

You can also have additional info through your wireless provider.

Your phone can access the internet as it has a WAP browser installed from the factory.

To access the internet on your phone - first, make sure you have a Data plan added to your account with your cellular provider.

How to connect to the internet:

To make a connection to the internet, select Menu >
Web > Home; or in the standby mode, press and hold 0.

After you make a connection to the internet, you can start browsing its pages. The function of the phone keys may vary in different services. Follow the text guides on the phone display.

we usually received this messages or server replies if.. 1.  we are not subscribe, or we are using a plan sim and not subscribed to internet accessibility.  2.  if you are connecting to a secured wireless network and accessing it.  3.  if your browser profile settings are not configured well to your network provider.  and many more. 
try to do a check on your phone.  for 1>> check your sim if you are subscribed as plan or you are using a plan sim, thereby, accessing the internet has separate purchase or subscription.  for 2>> ask a the server administrator to give you permission so you can connect to their server.  for 3>> ask you network provider to send you the right settings and configure it properly. and check again if you set your network provider as the default browser profile for your internet accessibility.
