The printer Hp PSC 1610 Don´t take the paper

Shut down your computer. Pull the plug from the printer to the computer.Wait two minutes. Start the computer and re insert the printer cables. It should recycle and work. f not re-post question.

clean paper rollers with a lint free damped cloth then blow some air into paper compartment.

You may have a piece of paper stuck in the paper feed.
It may have ripped off inside and caused the jam

Throw this thing out as it is clearly rubbish. HP inkjet printers will **** the life and money out of you. Get a Brother HL-2170W and you will have care free printing for cheap.

Another example of the paper sensor being messed up by paper dust, which can block the sensor to such a degree that it reports the wrong thing.
Clean the sensors with compressed air and then your printer will report the correct things to the central unit and you should be fine.

hve u tried removing the paper jam from a proper place.hp has provided a door behind the printer to clear paper jam.open that door n check out 4 any paper part left out in it.wish u success
