There is a positioning "washer" that needs to be in place. If you don't line up the blade and position the washer it will not tighten. The blade will just spin around. Some even have a washer in front and in back. Be sure you have correct diameter of arbor that matches your blade too.
the back washer may be just round and the front washer is made to fit on the fats of the shaft
at least one washer has to be fitted so that it has to turn with the shaft
now ensure that the nut to tighten up the blade is not bottoming out and being prevented from locking the blade between the two washers
Adjustment
Check the backlash in bearing shaft direction and the axle hub deviation. Maximum for backlash should be 0.0020 in. (0.05mm) and for axle hub deviation 0.020 in. (0.05mm).

Adjust the parking brake.
Stabilize the suspension as follows :
Install the wheel(s).
Lower the vehicle and bounce it up and down several times to stabilize the rear suspension.
Raise the vehicle.
Remove the wheel.
Jack up the rear lower suspension armplacing a wood block in between. Apply a load to the suspension so that the lower suspension arm is plkaced in a horizontal position.
Fully tighten the No. 1 rear upper control arm assembly to 119 ft. lbs. (161 Nm).
Fully tighten the No. 1 rear suspension arm assembly to 70 ft. lbs. (95 Nm).
Fully tighten the No. 2 rear suspension arm assembly to 119 ft. lbs. (161 Nm).

Removal & Installation
Remove the rear wheels.
Remove the 2 nuts and left stabilizer bar link. If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench (5 mm) to hold the stud. Repeat for the right side.
Remove the 8 bolts, 2 No. 1 brackets and 2 bushings. Two types of bolts are used, so make sure the correct bolts are installed.
Remove the stabilizer bar.
To install:
Install the stabilizer bar.
Install the bushing and bracket with the 2 bolts and tighten to 14 ft. lbs. (19 Nm). Install the bushing to the inner side of the bushing stopper on the stabilizer bar.
Connect the stabilizer bar links and tighten the nuts to 29 ft. lbs. (39 Nm). Repeat for the right side.
Install the rear wheels.
Inspect and adjust rear wheel alignment.

Thanks for contacting FixYa. I was just reviewing some of the old unsolved problems and wanted to make sure your question gets resolved.
Chain can be correctly tightened by loosening the axle nut so the axle floats. Then tighten the chain tensioning nuts on either side evenly so they tighten the chain. When the chain is properly tensioned you will have 3/8th - 1/2" of slack between the chain and the swing arm. Then re-torque the axle nuts and lubercate the chain. Should be ready to go.
Hole in the blade is greater than spindle on the saw, you did not put bush washer/reducer in, or if that bit is correct, you are puting holding nut wrong way in.
Do not use saw till you rectify the problem, switch off the saw, remove power cord from socket.
1. raise saw table up for maximum cut 2. retract slide-in protector to maximum 3. remove nut from spindle, following by blade (and bush if used) 4. check internalholding washer if it is correctly inserted. 5. orient correctly internal washer (it have notch or notches and will go freely only one way - check if that is the case) 6. insert blade, with reducing bush if required 7. if external washer is used put it in 8. screw in the holding nut, hand tighten and check mobility of the blade, tighten up about 1/8 to 1/4 turn with spanner, this should be sufficient to hold blade in place without any slipage. If slipage is still present, you are doing something wrong, you need then to supply me with exact model and I will describe exact part look and order in which they must go in. 9. connect to electrical outlet 10. short switch on and off 11. check blade for wandering and slipage, if none then make test cut 12. use as usual if 11 is correct
well first get the bike up on a stand or set it on a milk crate. Loosen up main axle nuts you may need another wrench on the other side to back it up. loosen any small chain adjustment nuts. pull the chain as far back as it can go all the time looking a the chain sag..you want to keep about 5/8 to 1 inch play...lock just the axle nuts down snug...now spin the tire to see that all parts of the chain maintain this amount of sag. if its too tight in one area, you have a "stretched chain", and this will now be the focal point for tightening up the chain...this tighter part must have "some" slack in it...id say give it about 1/2 inch...now tighten up the chain adjustment nuts finger tight and look at your rear sprocket and make sure it lines up perfectly straight on with the counter shaft sprocket up front. Once this is aligned, tighten the smaller nuts snug, then proceed to torque down lightly maybe 10- 20 ftlbs. now spin the tire to check your slack in the chain did it move on you? Then you have to tighten or loosen the chain adjustment nuts a little more in or out till you get it right so it can move into the correct position. Once you got it right torque down on the main axle nuts 50-60ft lbs. Now tighten evenly each chain nut with the same ammount of turns to each....tighten the last nut down hard onto the first so they wont vibrate off. Now you should lube the chain..and your ready to go. after a while of hard riding recheck everything just to make sure shes secure! Can i get a very helpful on this. thanks!
Set the bike on its center stand, then loosen the rear axle by removing cotter pin from hex nut and loosening the nut. There are two adjustment bolts, with lock nuts - one on each side of the rear axle. They are easily work with from the rear of the bike. Loosen the lock nuts and turn the adjustment bolts clockwise. this will draw the rear axle (wheel) backwards - tightening the chain. Take care to turn each side the same amount, so the rear wheel remains straight. Usually the flex in the chain should be about a quarter inch. After adjusting, tighten lock nuts to hold position of rear axle and tighten the axle nut, replace cotter pin.
