Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I placed my phone on a wet surface and now it is not working at all
If you have warranty that is not expired, or insurance, you can take it back to your service (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) if you bought it from them, and they should give you a new one or money back.
