there is a problem with the hardware preventing the system from completing POST. You should take it to someone who can do a proper in person diagnosis but I suspect you may have a fault in the hard drive due to a drop or impact while thet system was running.
Hi go to the above toshiba support page , finish filling in your exact model number in the drop down menus and you will have access to all drivers for laptop If this helps please dont forget to rate me
You seem to have a hardware problem.First,try using your RAM chips 1 at a time in the first slot and see what happens. Otherwise it's likely a CPU or MB issue. For good or bad,please rate my post? Bob
I want you to restart and then pressing F8 while in restart try to get into LAST KNOWN GOOD
if it won't boot that when then restart again pressing F8 then start in SAFEMODE
While in safemode open control panel and then users
click on your user name and make sure your settings are still there
close off user and open display click screensaver then power and make sure your settings there are correct change stanby to never and then go to hibernate remove check then click apply close it off.then see if you can restart
