How fo I fix Outlook issues after running HP system recovery?

Was it this article that led you to rename extend.dat? Did you do the registry updates, too?http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=204951
When uninstalling 2003 may have been better if you used windows installer cleanup utility as an uninstall of 2003 still leave behind registry entries.
Uinstall Office again using the cleanup utility, and reinstall.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
But first try to restore pst file using Recovery Toolbox for Outlook
and keep it. https://outlook.recoverytoolbox.com/

Is there a method to repair corrupted Outlook 2010 Address Book?

To fix this you can remove the Outlook Address Book service, restart Outlook, and then add it again as indicated by the steps above.
Sadly this workaround will not work in Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 as removing the Outlook Address Book service is not supported in these versions. In this case, you must recreate your mail profile.
(Re)creating a mail profile..
1. Press the button Add...
-Do NOT use Copy... not even when you want to recreate your mail profile or you'll end up copying the corruption as well.
-Do NOT delete your old profile, not even when it is corrupted, before you verified that the new one works. You might want to lookup some account settings afterwards.
2. Enter a name for your new Mail Profile.
3. Select to add a new mail account.
4. Make sure you choose the correct account type. Ask your ISP or
administrator if you do not know this.
-If you are using Live Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo or AOL, you can find the settings you need here.
-In Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013, you can simply type your desired display name, email address and password and Outlook will try to determine and configure your account automatically.
If this fails you can still choose to configure it manually with the
information provided by your ISP.
If actions on above can't get back your address book, then try third
party software Address Book Repair Toolbox

I can no longer print emails from Outlook 2003. I can print everything else. What can I do? I am running Windows XP Pro SP-3 with all of the latest updates from Microsoft and Office 2003. I can print...

Try desinstall the Microsoft Office 2003 Suite then reboot your PC/Laptop and install again the Microsoft Office 2003. Before you start to desinstall the MO 2003 Suite, do a backup of your .PST files.

When sync outlook to verizon Q phone

1. Create a new calendar item in Outlook/Exchange.
2. Sync
3. Update the calendar time on the handheld device.
4. The device is overwritten by Outlook/Exchange upon next sync as a
'conflict'

So, the new time of my appointment (valid and important) is not only never
updated in Outlook (I could almost live with this) but it is changed BACK to
the original time

Microsoft Outlook

be sure you installed all available updates including service packs for both OS and office 2003 suite. Did you try the "Detect and Repair" feature in Help? If you just added some memory lately, then it might be the cause. I hope you clean your system from spywares and viruses too.

You can do this by creating a rule. The exact type of rule you need depends on whether you are using a normal Internet email account (POP3 or IMAP) or an Exchange server. If it's the latter, your IT support people should be able to help you. If it's the former then:

* Make sure there is an entry in your Outlook address book or Contacts for the email address you want to send copies to.
* Click on the inbox you want to copy incoming mail from
* Go to the Tools -> Rules and alerts menu
* Click on "New Rule"
* Click "Start from a blank rule"" and "Check messages when they arrive"; Click Next
* Do not check any boxes in the list (unless you want to do some filtering - they are mostly quite straightforward). Click Next and Yes to the "This rule will be..." message
* Click on the "forward it to people or..." box; in Step 2, click on "people or..."; Find the entry for address you want to send the copies to and click on it; Click "To" and "OK" to add it to the rule.
* Click Next & then again to step over the Exceptions page
* Give the rule a meaningful name - or leave the default one.
* Make sure "Turn on this rule" is checked & "Run this rule now..." is unchecked (unless you want to immediately forward all the messages in your inbox :)
* Click Finish and OK

You're done - but remember, messages will only be forwarded if your PC is switched on, connected to the Internet and Outlook is running.
