Its simple as 123, all you have to do is to download this Suite, when downloaded run the setup to install. The setup will install the required drivers for L700, once done. Just run the application and connect the phone to PC with the data cable. The Suite will detect your phone and will make it read for syncing after a minute.
Note: The suite is compatible with all windows except Windows7, its update has not yet released.

you need a third party program to do this, look for the application like pim back up, contacts backup and download it from your phone to install, run the program and back up the contacts. but you need to install this program to both phones.
hence if you cannot find one, use your sim card's utility. copy the contacts to your sim, insert it to your blackberry and copy the contacts from your sim to your blackberry. 
i am afraid there is still no way you can back up your contact list in your samsung phone to your memory card. even if you use your samsung studio or samsung pc suite, there is no possible way to copy the save phonebook contacts to your blackberry, they have different file extensions. you can save your samsung contacts as npf, csv, or vcard extensions. you can save your contacts to your memory card as csv or vcard, but i just don't know if blackberry has the capability to browse and save the contacts in this file extension from your memory card. 
so the only possible way is to back it up using your studio as vcard, and since blackberry can sync to outlook, you can sync your phone book contacts from outlook to your blackberry..

Samsung PC Suite synchronizes with Outlook, so if you have your contacts in Outlook (or import them to Outlook from a file) then you should have no problem

How Do I Copy Contacts From My SGH-d807 Phone To The SIM Card?

To copy an address book contact to the SIM card follow the steps below:

While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
Select Address Book (8)
Select Contact List (1)
Select the desired contact entry, stored in your phone's memory, using the navigation keys
Press the left soft key for Options
Select View (1)
Select one of the contact phone numbers, using the navigation keys
Press the left soft key for Options
Select Copy (3)
Select SIM (2)
Press the left soft key to Save the single contact phone number to the SIM card

Note: Each phone number for a contact must be individually saved to the SIM card

PS-Not sure about updating/replacing entries though, which is what you may have been asking about

Tangnrock, for you to be able to upload your phone contacts to your pc, you'll need to get some things ready, Firstly, you need to install your phone pc software, pc suite if you're using either a nokia or a sonyericsson. You should also install Microsoft Office Outlook (Outlook 2003 or 2007 will do).

Then using your pc suite, synchronize your phone with your pc (you can do this by running pc suite) and then synchronize your pc suite with outlook (by choosing outlook to manage your phone data in your pc suite setup).

Thats all.

Remember you'll need either your phone usb cable or pc blutooth to sychronize your phone with your pc.

I had the same problems but I didn't gave up and I did conect to the computer.Just keep trying and will see. if you can't after two days,try to reinstall pc suite on computer and phone and get update for that.Keep trying,
Maybe if you using cable to conect some of usb drivers isn't work properly and needs to be installed many times.

Like i said earlier for 5 dollars i will send anyone a copy of samsungs pc suite. this incredible disc will have all sorts of wallpaper ringtone but most importantly will allow your phone to do what it was designed to do and that is synchronise with your pc so you can transfer files back and forth no problem. paypal 5 dollars to [email protected] and i will burn the cd and get it in the mail immediatly. be sure you match contact info with payment so they don't get confused.
