sounds like no water coming into washer?if you go to fill it do you hear a buzzing or humming sound?if so bad water valve located in the back where the hoses connect to the washer or the water shut off is off in the house and no water going to the washer.the model number you sent is to long, after the 110 it should have 8 more numbers and that's it.
It sounds like you have some buildup in the cold water valve screen. Where the hose connects to the washer there should be a screen inside the valve. Remove the cold water hose from the washer and clear any debri on the valve screen.
If this doesn't fix the slow cold water flow then you will have to replace the whole water valve assembly. The water valve is the piece that the hoses connect too and supply water to the washer.
If you have anymore questions about this please ask. I will be more than happy to help you out.
disconnect the water inlet lines that attach to the back of the washer and see if the screens are full of sand. sometimes sand or dirt comes thru the water lines clogging up the screens in the washer. try to clean them without taking the screens out of the water valve.
