Question about Acomdata HybridDrive E5 Hard Drive
When i get into RESTORE-->FILE option..i keep getting endless message "INVALID FILE", "NO ITEMS WERE SELECTE" message
Please help me
I found the solution. You have to go to their website http://www.techsupportlive.com/ and intsall the update (Redemption_Upgrade_15A.exe) which was posted on April 10th, 2008.
I did that, and it fixed the issue. Oh, after you install the update, use Tools menu to repair and manage your stores as necessary.
Here is the full blurb from their website: Problem: “Invalid file” and “No items were selected” message’s displayed when I perform Restore (Full restore, File restore and Find files restore). How to avoid or over come this problem?
Solution: This kind of problem occurs when the drive letter of the HD partition changes it can be resolved either by changing the existing drive letter of HD part to the original letter or by upgrading to the latest version as available in the techsupportlive.com and perform the Repair Catalog operation.

Check your restore settings to make certain you're looking at the correct restore file.
