Question about Audio Players & Recorders
My new Thomson Lyra 6675 (2Gb) MP3 player has suddenly started glitching (and I have left the country where I bought it!) The startup screen (THOMSON logo) flickers on then off again then continues to try to start but only succeeds in flickering on/off.
Any suggestions? I'm in Auckland for 24hours, then in Chile where I might have trouble finding support (and my Intensive Spanish Course is on the MP3 player!)
I'd be much obliged...
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you haven't done so , pull out the batteries count to 60, then put them in again, make sure you don't
have the unit on "HOLD", and push the "ON" button to reboot your Lyra
player. Also here is the link to the available software. Just click on your model number.

The unit has a hold button which when you accidentally slide to one side, will "hold" or lock up the unit, to unlock this, simply slide the hold button to the opposite side.
