That depends on the computer you have. Watch the screen when you first turn on the computer and you'll see a message telling you what key you need to press to enter BIOS setup. For many computers you press the DELETE key, but others use F2, or some CTRL-key combination.
Once you're in setup, there will be instructions on how to move around fields and change the data.

you can change a few settings in BIOS but as long as you can remember what changes you have made so if anything goes wrong you can restore bios to original settings
enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to cd,press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart
