I'm trying to sync my Motorola Razr3 and Bluetooth to my TomTom One XL*S following the steps that I obtained from your website. When I got to the step which asked for a username and password, I came to a sudden halt. On the bottom left corner someone else's username came up. I emailed this person and he did not know how his username got on the TomTom as he had only used it once but had charged it from his computer. Do I have to purchase any services to sync my mobile phone to my TomTom?
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

Hold the power button down approx.
6 seconds until the blue indicator light turns on and remains steadily lit. (The light will flash while you hold the Call button.) If the indicator light is flashing or does not remain steadily lit, turn off the headset and repeat step 1.
Go to your cell phone after you've done the above directions and: Select (Menu) > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Handsfree > Look for Devices. The phone lists all Bluetooth devices it finds. Select Motorola H500. Press OK or Yes to pair (link) the handsfree device. Enter the passkey 0000 and press OK. Note: Passkey cannot be changed from 0000.
I hope this helps anyone else who's having a problem pairing their Motorola H500 Bluetooth headset :)!!! I just got mine to work w/ the same info!!!
Switch on your device.
Tap "Change Preferences" on screen.
Tap "Arrow right" on screen.
You are looking for "Bluetooth Preferences, mine is on screen7 of 8, then tap "Blue.Pref.".
Enable Bluetooth first then tap Connect to Bluetooth device. The device will look for other devices. Ensure your other device (phone) is also on and is Visable.
Choose the device you want to connect to. Only one device can connect at a time.
When you get a prompt for "PASSCODE" enter "0000" in to the field.
Set the new link as "Trusted" or add it to the "Whitelist" to persist the link.
I used this Motorola Bluetooth manual to connect my Motorola N136/HS 850 to my LG PM 325 phone. In the attached manual: Go to "using your headset" - "linking your headset and phone" and follow the instructions. You may need to revise the steps slightly to fit the functions of your phone. I followed steps 1 and 2, skipped step 3 and instead found the bluetooth icon on my phone, selected "add new", then selected "searching and pairing" and allowed the phone to search for and pair my bluetooth device. The Motorola Bluetooth device appeared on the screen of my phone within seconds as "Motorola HS850". I selected the device on the screen of my phone and followed step 5 entering the pin code "0000" and selected "connect" on my phone to begin using my bluetooth. I hope this helps someone. Do you have the Jabra bluetooth part that goes into your computer? You have to go to your phone settings under bluetooth and make it sync up. Your phone will sync, not your headset. You are trying to sync the wrong thing.
