I need a driver for windows7

You don't need a driver. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Click on the link below. It will take you to a website, scroll down, enter your e-mail address and you will have your download link in your e-mail:

vivicam-3785-driver.3.5.1.zip

It is the latest driver, newer drivers are not available because the manufacturer has discontinued this product.

Yes, but it involves a long work around process that you would have found out how to do by now if you were capable of doing it in the first place, sorry. It basically involves a screen capture program and using the camera to audio/video jacks that are plugged into a pc tv video card. I would not try it unless you are on a spiritual mission to prove you can do it.
