Question about HP LaserJet 1020 Printer
My HP LJ 1020 has been running fine until this morning. I tried to print a 20 page job and each page had random faded spots roughly three to four inches in diameter. I tried cleaning the cartridge to no effect. This seems like a low toner issue, but the cartridge is relatively new (maybe 500-1000 pages printed), so I certainly hope not. Any ideas?
I would start by changing the paper or even leave the paper in the son for a while. Paper usually gets damp, espesially durint the evening and then using it early in the moring. If this do not work you will have to change the cartridge.
