Sure, you can find drivers for all the Creative Labs sound cards at this website: http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/

All you have to do is Select "Sound Blaster" in the first column, "Audigy" in the second, and whatever version of card your's happens to be in the last column. Good Luck!

Soundcard not working

Make changes in the BIOs regarding the Motherboard options. You can elect to disconnect the on board sound system and it will cancel out that portion, leaving all else in place.

Message states no soundcard or wave-in component

Check your audio peripheral connections on the motherboard, and make sure your drivers are up to date.

How can I get the sound back on my computer

Check your headset connection. If you get sound there then check your speakers on another computer or try a different set of speakers on your computer. If you don't get sound out of the headset and your speakers work on another computer and another set of speakers don't work on your computer then it's your soundcard drivers.
If you don't have the drivers on disk go to the manufacturers website i.e. www.hp.com, www.dell.com, or whatever you computer manufacturer is. Go to the support page and select downloads. Download and install your driver and you should have your sound back.
If you don't have an integrated soundcard then download the drivers for your card and if that doesn't work replace your soundcard. Let me know how it goes.

I just rebooted my computer but i have no sound?

When you bought the computer and the sound on board, came with it, so did a disk that contained the sound software and driver for the motherboard. You need to reinstall both using that motherboard disk.     If you did not receive the disk, then you need to contact them for it.  Your other ooption is to buy a PCI soundcard, like Soundblaster that wil come with everything you need.  http://www.ibuypower.com/

No sound card detected even though I can hear CDs from PC

first check that you are having no problems with your soundcard, go to control panel>system>hardware>device manager and see if there is a yellow exclamtion mark next to the soundcard.. If there is then try updating the drivers for it, or uninstalling it by right clicking it and choose uninstall then reboot the computer, the soundcard will be picked up as new hardware and should be installed again. Before you do this though you need to be sure that you have a pci soundcard actually installed and not an onboard chipset soundcard. If you have an onboard soundcard then it may not be good enough for games to be played. A lot of games require a minimum type of soundcard. Check to see what you have. Go to control panel as explained and write down the model number of your soundcard. Then check the minimum requirements for the game you are trying to play.

No audio on my Compaq Presario SR5030NX desktop, Windows Vista os

I don't think your new sound card was the problem, I think when you un installed the realtek program you inadvertently un-installed the drivers that run the network card.

Try installing your soundcard again with the software that came with it. Leave the realtek drivers as they are. You can disable the on-board sound in the bios and this should not affect your network card. If all is well after you install the soundcard and you have sound and can access the net etc.. then leave the settings in the bios as it is.

I hope this helps

Audio volume keeps changing by itself

No, the headphone output is designed for 2 speaker output. Just recently I had a customer who had no sound coming from the desktop speakers yet the headphones worked just fine.
I believe that your model has a sound circuit integrated into the motherboard. It may have a “plastic cap” covering the audio ports (next to the USB ports). If you remove the sound card and enable the integrated audio in the BIOS, you can check to see if the sound card is actually the problem.

The driver that connects the computer sound system is not working and I have no sound

If you can afford a soundcard place this in the pc and disable the onboard soundcard as this onboard soundcard requires updates from the manufatures website plus download the latest updates for motherboard this is the only help I can give on this problem.

best of luck in sorting your sound problems

MY SOUND CARD

Hi, you should have the driver CD for soundcard as it is shipped with the new sound card - if not you must download the driver for the soundcard not for the Chipset of the computer. Look at the soundcard - normal the driver manufacturer and model is shown on the "biggest" chip fixed on the soundcard - donwload the driver as shown on the chip of the soundcard from the manufacturer and install. (ensure you select driver for you operating system)

Hope this help.
