Remove the spark plug, this will relieve compression. Then try to pull the recoil rope. If the unit still does not rotate, the unit should be inspected by a dealer.
E1 = The air filters need cleaning (after 720 Hours use) It will shut down until you clean the filters & reset the E1 alarm code. To do this you need to: Pull the Air Con appliance lead out of the power outlet in the wall. Remove & Clean the air filters & then put the cleaned filters back in machine Before plugging back in you Push & Hold the Power button on the Unit THEN while holding the power button you PLUG the lead back into the wall. Keep Holding the power button until you hear the unit emit a beep (hold for approx 5 secs) Then disconnect the power supply lead again. Then Plug it back in again & turn on It should be cleared & working well. Good luck
After you've unplugged the power cord, pull up on the top a little and look for 2 metal snaps under the top lip approx 6" from the front
corners. Use a standard flat screwdriver to push against the snaps and release the top from the unit. Watch out, the front will come forward and the drum may fall out of place, so have an extra hand there when you do it. Good luck.
