My samsung u340 snap doesn't

My samsung u340 snap doesn't turn on.... the battery is fully charged.... when i put it on the charger it goes to the charging screen and then when i try t turn it on ( Even while it is on the charger), it loads halfway and then turns off... It didn't do that before now.
