Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Renew certificate

What certificate? Routers have them, servers can have them, websites, etc.

PoE

If your switch does not support PoE, you'll have to use a power injector which should be enclosed with your router package.
connect the switch to the injector using one of the two ports in the injector (should be labeled with a small drawing or writing to differentiate which port of the two connects to the switch and which connects to the router), power the injector up, connect the other port to the router.

good luck

I am using nokia e63 phone. When i try to connect to a wlan network it asks for preshared key or wep/wpa key . What should i do?

This is the same key that you use to connect your laptop to wlan.

if it is an office network, you will need to ask the network administrator or someone using the wlan for the key.

Im trying to put a new seagate 40gb sata hdrive into my hp nc6320,when i try to load xp to install it tells me there is no hard drive in the computer

New Hard drives do not come with an operating system on them. It's basically a blank disc. You would need to have an XP operating installation disc or the original system restore discs that came with your computer in order to load the XP operating system. If you do not have either of these discs, you will need to purchase an operating system and install it so that you have something on the hard drive to run.

I have a motorola AP-300 which keeps on blinking amber light when i turn it on. how can i reset it or what's wrong with the AP?

From the installation guide for this AP, I find the following:

LED Indicators

The unit has LED activity indicators on the front of the case provide a status display indicating error conditions, transmission, and network activity for the 802.11a (amber) radio or the 802.11b/g (green) radio.

802.11a Activity LED Amber

The amber LED flashes three times per second until firmware is loaded. During boot, 802.11a mobiles cannot associate. After adoption, the amber LED is steady or flashes with 802.11a radio traffic.

The amber LED flashes once per second if an error prevents the 802.11a radio from operating normally.

802.11b/g Activity LED Green

The green LED flashes three times per second until firmware is loaded. During boot, 802.11b/g mobiles cannot associate. After adoption, the green LED is steady or flashes with 802.11b/g radio traffic.

The green LED flashes once per second if an error prevents the 802.11b/g radio from operating normally.

From this, it appears that the 802.11A radio is malfunctioning.

Here is the Motorola support web page for this device.

No wireless

You need to be a little clear on the spec of the laptop, operating system and the wireless router whether the PC is connected wirelessly or directly with a Ethernet cable. (sorry if this is embedded elsewhere - new to this forum).

If you are using a WEP key remove it temporarily and allow the laptop to find the network then see it if connects. There can sometimes be problems with the WEP key association / firmware of the router.

Also ensure that MAC Address filtering is turned off while trying to connect. Some laptops also have a wireless switch - ensure this is activated (sometimes a dedicated button, function key combo or even deactivated in the BIOS) There are so many things that need to be checked.

I had a friend that had this same problem.

As long as you know the password to the administrator account log into that and give your account administrator rights and you should be able to access the internet afterwards. I'm not sure exactly how this is done if it works like XP did then you will need to boot in safe mode by usually hitting f8 during the initial booting up of your computer.
