This is a virus ..I suggest to reinstall the program ..and remove the old one completely ..If this will not fix the issue you will have to reinstall operation system to fix it for good.

Error calling method on NPObject (TOMTOM GO)
Received same error when trying to operate my TomTom Go from PC. Fixed this by deleting (or renaming) file install.rdf. File can be found in Windows 7 in:
C:\gebruikers\username\AppData\Roaming\TomTom\Profiles\randomname.default\Extensions\Navcore.versio[email protected]
Delete or rename the install.rdf file and try to operate your Go again from TomTom Home. It will ask to install some software, reply OK and you're done.
