Do i need an install disk to transfer my pictures ect...to my computer using a usb cord? if I do then where can i get it or download it at?

You will need the USB driver in order for it to properly connect with your pc. I believe the software is on the PC Suite disk, but should be offered from LG or somewhere on the web for free download. Good luck.

Need software for Zire M150 that runs on Windows Vista?

Older palm products and vista aren't compatible. You either needs to transfer info via bluetooth or upgrade your palm if you wish to continue using vista. As far as transferring, possibly a memory card.

Downloading photos from G1 phone to laptop

At the top of your phone display you will see a USB icon. Click on the top of the screen and mount the memory card. Your computer will recognize your memory card as a disk drive.

Click on my computer and select the letter for the memory card. Look for the photo folder.

T-Mobile is doing an over the air upgrade to fix some syncing problems this week.

Contact 611 from your cell phone and select G1 support for more information.

Motorola flash mode

Have you tried a Master Re-set when the phone is off? Hold the center key and the power button for at least a FULL minute to a minute and a half. You will see the provider's splash screen, but hang tough.

This works best with the device on a flat surface rather than holding it.
