Might be the tank isnt seated on the oval gasket/oval gasket might be worn out or turned upside down/tank might be warped cause of putting too hot of water in it

Wouldn't be the pump, the pump pushes the water out when you are spraying. If a suction problem check for clogged filters, is the tank sitting down tight?

I have a bissell pro heat2x turbo. my problem is that the sprayer underneath is not working, also it sounds as if there is air coming from somewhere.

Sounds like there is a leak or crack somewhere in your tank.
Check the tank and tubes for damage or clogs. You may have to replace your tank.

My bissell proheat pet will not suck up water

Check the filters. User's Guide has locations. one under water tank cap one under Flow Indicator. They are small but need to be cleaned after each use.

Replace belts as they run pump. If water at tool but not at floor the heater or water jets clogged. If no water at all the pump may need replaced

The Bissell won't spray any carpet cleaner but it is still sucking up water.

If it doesn't dispense water then that means that you need to replace the pump belt. Here is a link to the belt you nee and the manual:
