I'am from malaysia, i want somebody help me..i have big problem with my W610i. so
my problem is can't see the text and number in my screen. it only image and folder but my phone still running. so how can i do it?? please help me and reply at my email.. firstname.lastname@example.org

Connect your phone to a compatible computer with a compatible USB cable.
On your computer, open a file manager, such as Windows Explorer or Finder, and browse to your phone.

Open the folder for photos, and select and copy the photos to your computer.

This means your phone has no operating software installed. Install the 4.7 version Blackberry Desktop on your computer and then connect your phone to the computer. Then click on App Loader and folow directions to Ugrade software. This will install all the needed programs to your phone.
Blast slot with compressed air, especially if you use phone without the blank in thus mentioned slot for it has no cover.
If this has no affect, than it is a hardware problem. Go to a Cingular store that has someone that knows the phone, I'd call ahead.
