I installed the VisionTek x1650 xt quad video card in a Dell GX620 and I can only get 2 monitors to be enabled. What am I doing wrong?

Exactly the information I needed. I was ready to pack the video card up and send it back. Was wondering why VisonTek didn't include this information with the product. Thank you very much.
