First do a search for your laptop for make, model and memory. Something along the lines: "Best Laptop memory 'make' 'model' " Go to hardware websites pick your memory. Laptop installation: Usually there is a back cover you unscrew and the current memory is there. Read the labels on the memory to find out type and size. Also there is probably a second slot for additional memory. What type of laptop? Do a search for user manual for your laptop. Same procedure for google search just remove the words "Best" and "memory", then add "user manual". This is pretty basic stuff.
It's because the tv is connected as a second monitor and it must be configured accordingly. Follow this http://freewindowsvistatutorials.com/customizeWindowsVista/customizingAppearanceAndSounds/configureDisplaySettings.php the tv will be the second (2) display. Also make sure you select the native resolution of your tv for the best image quality.
If the ac adapter was plugged into the laptop at the time may be bad news. Unplug AC adapter, take out the battery and hold power button for 10 seconds. Then connect AC adapter and hit power. If that doesn't work put battery back in without ac adapter and hit power button.
If neither test works bring to repair center for diagnosis. Best case AC adapter would need replacing. Worst case Motherboard fried.

there are 2 choices of Java you can use.......Sun Java and Virtual Machine....some prefer the sun java but the Virtual Machine works better for games and you do need Java to play in games, ( without it some won't get in and if some do get in , they won't stay in games)
