Question about ASUS A6U Notebook
I want to use my Panasonic viera plasma tv as a monitor for my notebook. The tv has a pc input (standard 15 pin). I've plugged in the moitor cable from the laptop to tv but the tv says there is no pc signal. What am I doing wrong. Can anyone help
Your laptop is not set to enable the external video output.
Most likely, your laptop has a key that says "RGB/LCD" or something similar on it. This key cycles through the various video output options, enabling the laptop's LCD, the external RGB output, or both simultaneously. Most laptops require you to hold down the function key ("FN") when pressing the "RGB/LCD" key to cycle through the options.
