I´m having some problems with my espresso machine. When I push button to make a coffee all goes well until it might start making the coffee. I can hear some noise, lowder than usual from the knob. It seems the mechanism is not working. After some time 2 green leds start blinking or the led that says "no water", "no coffee" becomes red. Please, need some help.

push it for 5 second and if its still flashing doesn't matter turn the steam knob anti-clockwise end let the machine do to the descaling cyrcle, when then water tank emptied the rest of buttons starts to flashing, turn the knob off and your machine is ready!!
Hi The first thing you need to do is go to your menu. When you push the menu there should be something like "language" and something else below it. There are 2 buttons that have arrows by them. Push the button with the up arrow and it should move the asterisk (*) up. Keep pushing the button until you come to "Descale", then push the menu button again. You have entered the descale menu. Follow the directions below. Scroll down to water hardness and push the enter button. Use your up arrow and move the number to 4, if it is not already there. Push the enter button. Once it is on 4, then scroll up to "Descale machine" and push enter. Have your solution (NOT VINEGAR) Citric Acid dissolved in solution and put into water tank. Now open the knob for steam and let the machine do its thing. When it is all done it will say "Finished descaling". Rinse out the water tank and put in fresh water. Close the knob and then reopen it again. When it finished rinsing scroll down to "Reset Descale" Push enter and choose "Yes" with the arrow and push enter. This will bring up a message when it needs to be descaled again. You can also see how many coffee's you have made. It's just above the Descale Machine in your menu. Descale more often than Not Enough will keep your machine working well into the future
Turn the big knob in the bean hopper to the max and try. If it works your setting was to fine. When it grinds again you can turn the knob back down but keep it around 8 to 10, depending on your type of bean.
Sounds like the grind is too fine. If its (the big knob) below 8 in the bean hopper, turn it to 16. You can turn the knob to a larger # anytime but you have to be grinding to turn to a smaller #. Make 3 coffee but push the button when it starts to brew to stop the brewing until you get to the third coffee and just let this one brew. If it brew correctly then turn the knob down to a # a couple higher than you had before.
If you steam and then try to make another coffee, you need to cool the boiler off. Turn the steam off by pushing the steam button again, then open the steam knob and running water until the flashing light turn to green steady. Then make you coffee.
Try open the grind adjustment knob to the max. # 16 and then try again. Push the buton after the water starts to flow until the fourth coffee, and then let it brew. If it clears and brews , turn the knob back to a # higher than what caused the problem. If that doesn't do it , you have a blockage in the brew head under the manifold, and that is an other fix.
First I would start off with priming the machine. Push the water button ( right button) open the steam knob and see if the light will clear? If it doesn't you have a restriction in your flow meter.
If light clears, go to the next light, which is the clean light (left button) Push and hold for 5 seconds until it starts then let it go until it clears. About 30 to 45 minutes.
Then you need to descale. If you have never done it email me.
Possibly you might need the Brew Head Screen and/or filter basket cleaned of built up coffee oils. Depending on how much you use it, is best to clean it every week or couple of weeks.
Remove brew head screen and filter basket, also if you have a screw in the filter basket and soak with in a cleaner for removing oils (not descaler) at: www.urnex.com or Dezcal etc.
Or, if you have not used it in awhile you might need to prime the pump manually: Fill water tank. Turn power on. Open the steam knob all the way. Press the coffee button. Put a cup under the steam pump wand. Wait until you see a steady flow of water and no air. When you see the flow of water, close the steam knob. Turn off the coffee button. Now the machine should be ready to brew an espresso.
